Child Registration for Kindergarten

To enroll your child in kindergarten, you need to complete and sign the following forms:

• Application / Record of Child Information (Registration form)

• Consent to Daycare Providers (Consent for care in kindergarten)

• Certificate of Child Health Examination (Certificate of child’s health status)

• Verification of Receipt (Confirmation of document receipt)

• Copy of the child's birth certificate (Must be attached)

• Kindergarten contract (Must be carefully reviewed and signed)

📌 Registration Fee – A fee equivalent to one week's tuition is required to cover the child's last week at kindergarten (payable upon registration).

📌 All forms must be filled out by hand. Documents must be submitted in the morning on the child's first day at kindergarten.

📌 Forms are available during the initial introductory visit at the kindergarten.

Full Week (5 days per week)

• 3-12 months – $375.00

• 12-24 months – $350.00

• 2-5 years – $300.00

Partial Week (3 days per week)

• 3-12 months – $255.00

• 12-24 months – $240.00

• 2-5 years – $210.00

Partial Week (2 days per week)

• 3-12 months – $180.00

• 12-24 months – $160.00

• 2-5 years – $140.00

What is included in the weekly fee?

✔ Daily meals
✔ Educational activities and all necessary school and art supplies
✔ Additional activities (rhythmics, speech therapy sessions)
✔ Professional care and a family-like atmosphere

What is NOT included in the weekly fee?

❌ Diapers, wet wipes, skincare, and protective creams
❌ Formula and infant nutrition
❌ Meals for children on special diets
